3 & 4-bedroom Island Villas

 

DESCRIPTION

The 3-bedroom Island villa has a total 350 sqm. Best described as a two-story private villa with a tropical landscaped garden backyard with grassy area for child enjoyment and family fun. Each Island villa has total access to the 1,250-meter long lagoon style swimming pool and has an outdoor shower for quick washing in & out of the pool. Each Island villa is located in a private cul-de-sac with garage. All villa properties come with a full set of outdoor patio furniture including umbrella.

The 4-bedroom Island villa has a total of 375 sqm. Both style villas have a terrace off the master bedroom and come equipped with a clothes washer.  Mosquito screen protection on all windows and doors. A ground floor outdoor terrace extends out through sliding glass doors from the kitchen/dining room area with table and chairs and barbecue area.

LIVING-ROOM
The spacious living room has large patio doors that open to a huge balcony which benefits from light cooling breezes and offers views to the swimming pool. Mosquito screen protection. Open-air plan in design, with large windows, the room has a light and airy feeling. No sharing of bathrooms.
